equivalent. |

To ensure the execution of the Production Plan and

of the installations and equipment |

To ensure that the Good Manufacturing Practices
are followed |

Instrumentation
Technician |
Requirements for this position are:
| •
|
Experience as Instrumentist in
industrial environment namely in power generation, chemical,
incineration or paper mill industry
|
| • |
Experience on mounting,
calibration and maintenance of industrial instrumentation for
measure and control: pressure; temperature; level; flow etc., and
different kinds of electrical and pneumatic control valve |
| • |
Basic
knowledge about PLC & DCS hardware (power supply, CPU, I/O cards,
network etc.) and troubleshooting of PLC &
DCS hardware failures, basic knowledge about PLC & DCS
software |
| • |
Preventive maintenance both on
DCS & PLC |
| • |
Electrical command circuit
analysis and troubleshooting |
| • |
Knowledge of electrical works |
| • |
Work experience with motors,
switchboards, etc. |
| • |
Available to work
in Instrumentation and Electrical sections |
| • |
Fluency in Chinese and English
both written and spoken |
| • |
Able to work on shift
|
| • |
Immediate availability |
Responsibilities:
| •
|
Execution,
Validation of calibration procedures on factory instruments |
| • |
Record of executed
calibration on the respective forms |
| • |
Repair and
installation job of instruments and automated devices, as well as
its preventive maintenance job |
| • |
Fault findings of overall types
of pump, gear box, compressed air equipment, steam and water
generation plant
system |
| • |
Installation and
maintenance of all equipments and utilities associated with
production process |
| • |
Part of the
team to install, commission, test and maintenance of equipment
|

experience is preferable |

laboratory |

Calibration of all
analysis equipments, such as UV, HPLC, GLC etc. |

specification |

Carry out either
all/partial Chromatography or all/partial Microbiological analysis |

Sampling of raw
material and finish product in the absence of sampler or as assigned
by the Supervisor |

Report any
problem/ malfunction of instrument, apparatus
